Aromatic juniper berries and tasty porcini mushrooms give your game dishes the typical flavors. Finest orange zests give your dishes a fruity note and oriental spices such as cinnamon, allspice, aniseed, coriander and cloves emphasize the special taste of the venison, wild boar or rabbit meat. It is best to put your meat in buttermilk or yoghurt with our spice mixture so that it becomes very tender. Our gourmet seasoning mix is also ideal for vegetarian dishes such as soups or winter vegetable dishes.
