When you read the name of our "Balsamico" salt mixture, are you already dreaming of a shady terrace in the middle of the sun-kissed vineyards of northern Italy? We feel the same way, because that is exactly where balsamic vinegar has its historical origins. In a lengthy manufacturing process, we gently dry our salt mixture and gradually extract moisture from the balsamic vinegar until the salt achieves its unique appearance. On a plate of tomato and mozzarella with basil or in a salad dressing – the balsamic salt goes well with fresh vegetables.
