Our “Altbier” salt mixture is not only an absolute “must have” for beer fans. Whether in the gravy or with juicy grilled meat - the slightly tart beer note makes this salt the perfect accompaniment for meat dishes with light or dark meat. But you can also use it to refine stews, spreads or vegetables. But the Altbier salt is not only very special in terms of taste. It also stands out from our other salts because of the long production time, since we very slowly remove the moisture from the Altbier in a careful drying process.
